Your initial appointment includes a full health history discussion, covering past and present injuries and lifestyle as well as any relevant assessments before the 'hands on' element of your remedial massage therapy treatment.
Standard Consult
1 hour ($120)
This includes an update on any health changes and progresses made since last appointment, followed by treatment of specific areas of concern to alleviate pain, dysfunction & restrictions as well as improve mobility and overall wellness.
Extended Consult
1 hour 30 mins ($180)
This is an extended session where you may have multiple issues you'd like us to focus on or want a whole body massage.
Remedial maintenance
45 minutes ($90)
This is for returning clients only, as part of ongoing maintenance / sports event preparation.
Sports Taping
30 minutes ($70)

This is a rejuvenating and thoroughly invigorating experience for your head, neck, shoulders and face. With rhythmic and vigorous movements we work to release you from the pressures and tension you have been holding in your body to leave you feeling emotionally lighter and wonderfully relaxed.
