About Me
My background
I’ve been a practicing Remedial Massage Therapist (firstly in the UK and now here
in Australia) for over 10 years, after undergoing a major career change from the
fast paced life in the legal sector in the City of London, England.

I sustained injuries in a cycling accident which unfortunately put all my sporting hobbies (mainly triathlon and kick-boxing) on hold & led me to re-evaluate what was important.
It was only through intensive physio and sports massage that I got my health and my life back. I was then convinced there was more to life than office work so I quit my career
to re-train as a Soft Tissue Therapist, and I've never looked back! I love the work / life
balance that is achievable as a Remedial Massage Therapist with my home clinic in the serene location up here in Brigadoon, surrounded by nothing but Aussie nature!

I have UK Diploma qualifications in Soft Tissue Therapy and Sports & Remedial
Massage, having studied at the London School of Sports Massage, and where I was
a member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage.
After emigrating to Australia in 2018, I have since also gained my Australian Diploma qualification in Remedial Massage Therapy and I am a registered associate member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. I am always keen to study more and learn new skills that will benefit my clients - my most recent qualifications obtained have been in Pregnancy Massage, Functional Release Cupping and Dry Needling.
